Yes. All pricing — including the special Texas Tour rates — is fully inclusive of travel and speaker accommodations. There are no hidden fees or add-ons. The price you see is the price you pay.
Each assembly is 35–45 minutes depending on the age group. The program is designed to fit within a standard school schedule and can be adapted for elementary, middle, or high school audiences.
We recommend booking at least 60 days in advance as our schedules fill up quickly — especially in September, October, November, and January. For the Texas Tour, spots are limited per city, so registering early is strongly encouraged.
Think Kindness programs are designed for K–12 schools. The content and delivery style are adjusted based on the age group — elementary, middle school, and high school each receive a tailored experience. You can book one presentation for a single grade band or two presentations to cover your entire school.
The Kindness School Accreditation is a national recognition program for K–12 schools that demonstrate excellence in fostering kindness, empathy, and community. Accredited schools receive an official seal, outdoor banner, press release kit, digital certification, and national recognition. The application is included free with your Texas Tour booking through SchoolCulture.org.
We have ample resources for your student Kindness Crew team. One of the main resources is a video specifically for them from your speaker. If scheduling permits, each speaker would also love to have a Zoom call with your Kindness Crew beforehand to get them excited and prepared.
Our team will work with you in the weeks before your event to go over all A/V requirements. Typically we need a projector or large screen, a sound system with a wireless microphone, and access to the space 30–45 minutes before the assembly for setup. Our support team handles all the details.
Yes. Think Kindness offers virtual assembly options for schools that need them. However, the Texas Tour is designed as an in-person experience. If your school is outside the tour window or needs a virtual option, contact us directly at brian@thinkkindness.org to discuss availability.
